William F. Buckley Jr. Sad to see the NRO founder and a genius among conservative voices to leave us.

We are a bit poorer for his passing. May he rest in peace.

The fact is I loved listening to WFB anytime, anywhere.

I heard him speak once at a banquet. Amazing man.

While usually, esp. for a man of Buckley's stature and achievement, it is in the natural order of things to more celebrate his life than to morn his death there is nevertheless a sad note to Buckley's passing, and that is the conservative movement he started proceeded him to the grave -- see:

He was my idol one of the two greatest men in my lifetime the other being Ronald Reagan

Oh, couldn't you get a better photo? He was a truly great man.
